David and Gwen have been Sun Lakes residents since 2003 and they love it here. Sun Lakes has the nicest, friendliest people!
David and Gwen both enjoy tennis and Gwen is an avid softball player.
Professionally, David has been in the real estate business since 1983. He is both a real estate and mortgage broker. He was previously licensed as an appraiser and a property and casualty agent. He has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest designation in residential real estate.
David specializes in listing property for sale, conducting contract negotiations, escrow administration and client communications.
Gwen has been in the business since 1999 and earned her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation in 2001. She is an excellent communicator and has a genuine desire to help people find what they want.
She spends hours each day searching for just the right property, then gets her clients to that property as soon as possible to determine if its what they have been looking for. Over 40 times last year, she found just the right property for her clients.
David and Gwen have elected to restrict their business to just two areas:
1) Past clients and past client referrals, and 2) Sun Lakes or other Active Adult Communities' buyers and sellers.
